What is the selection procedure for the post? |
|
Eligible candidates would be required to go through Group Dynamics & Personality Assessment Test (GD & PAT) at the venues as decided by National Aviation Company of India Limited. GD & PAT shall be conducted in phases and shall commence in September/October 2008. Candidates who qualify the same will be required to appear for Preliminary Medical Examination for Height/Weight & Vision, to be conducted by our Medical Officer and those found Medically fit will appear for Personal Interview. |

I have working experience in travel agency after 10+2. Am I eligible to apply? |

Yes, you can apply provided you have minimum experience of two years in a travel or tourism agency, which is a member of IATA after passing 10+2. |

I have working experience in a hotel after 10+2. Am I eligible to apply? |
|
Yes, you can apply provided you have minimum experience of two years in a hotel, which is minimum 3 Star after passing 10+2. |

I am 10+2 and have some working experience. What areas are covered under “experience in Service/ Hospitality Industry” for eligibility? |
|
For experience in Service/Hospitality industry, the following areas will be treated as relevant for determining eligibility: -
- Airline/Aviation industry
- Call Center/BPO
- Hotel Industry (minimum 3 Star)
- Event Management/Advertising industry
- Financial Sector (Banking/Insurance Companies)
- Travel & Tourism Agency (must be an IATA member)
- Reputed luxury & fashion goods retail/large retail chains
- Reputed Food/Coffee chains/specialty restaurant
- Healthcare

|
You will receive an on-line registration number which you should note down carefully for future correspondence / reference. You will also be informed the status of your candidature for the next stage on the date specified in the message giving your registration number.

Is there a dress code for GD&PAT? |

YES. The dress code for GD&PAT for Female candidates is “SAREE” and for Male candidates is SHIRT. PANT, TIE & LEATHER SHOES. |

When will GD&PAT commence? |

The GD&PAT will be conducted in phases and the 1st phase is likely to commence in September/October 2008. |
